Welcome to the beautiful Capen Park in Columbia, Missouri. Come out for some nice rock-climbing opportunities. This park is named for the couple who sold the land to the city in 1978, James and Lucy Capen.

The two ball diamonds are lighted so people can play at night.

Columbia Missouri Park Ordinances

*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, removing plants or animals, climbing trees, littering, foul language, disorderly behavior, weapons, alcoholic beverages.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; motor vehicles, swimming, boating, picnic grilling, camping, horseback riding.

*All persons age 4 and over must use the restroom of their designated sex.
