Joplin Park Ordinances

*All parks (except Wildcat Park and McClelland Park) open at 7:00 a.m. year round and close at 7:00 p.m. from November 1-March 1 and at 11:00 p.m. at all other times of the year.

*The following require special permits; sales, solicitations, erection of tents, public gatherings.

*The following are prohibited; alcoholic beverages, defacing of public property, littering.

*All animals must be attended to at all times and leashed and waste removed.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; picnic grilling, motor vehicles.
