Community Park

Welcome to Community Park in Princeton, New Jersey. Come out and play some ball, hike the trails, or bring the pooch to the dog park.

This park is home to the beautiful Mountain Lakes and John Witherspoon Woods Nature Preserve in Princeton, New Jersey. The Mountain Lakes House can be rented out for parties and other events. Come out and explore the nature trails where you may see squirrels, raccoons, red-tailed hawks, or many others.

The parking area for Witherspoon Woods is located at 288 Cherry Hill Road and the other park entrance is located at 380 Witherspoon Street.

Princeton New Jersey Park Ordinances

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at sunrise and close at sunset.

*The following are prohibited; alcohol, climbing monuments or trees, defacing public property, feeding or harming wildlife, littering, soliciting, weapons.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles, skateboarding.

*All animals must be leashed (no longer than 8 feet) and waste removed.

*All skate park users must wear helmets and pads.
