Meadowland Park

Welcome to Meadowland Park in South Orange, New Jersey. All of the athletic facilities are lighted and this park is home to Floods Hill which is a great place to go sledding on snowy winter days, Cameron Field, and South Orange Community Pool.

South Orange New Jersey Park Ordinances

*All parks open at dawn and close at dusk except for the lighted areas which close at 10:00 p.m.

*The following are prohibited; advertising, alcohol, defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering, remote control aircraft, weapons.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles, skating, sledding, smoking.

*The following require special permits; camping, sales.

*Playgrounds are for people 13 years of age and younger.

*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed.
