Welcome to New York City's Allerton Playground located in the Bronx off of Throup Avenue. This piece of land is named for Daniel Allerton, one of the early settlers of the region and a prominent farmer and landowner. Today this park dedicated in his memory boasts basketball courts, bocce, a playground for the kids, and more. Come out and have fun!
