Welcome to Basil Behagen Playground located in the Bronx section of New York City. This park is named for Basil Behagen who immigrated to the region from the Virgin Islands back in 1946. Before he worked as Chairman of the Parks and Recreation Department he helped many local juveniles fight their drug addictions.
