Welcome to New York City's Castle Hill Playground located in the Bronx off of Castle Hill Avenue. This history behind the name of this park and the surrounding neighborhood goes back to the 17th century when a Dutch explorer named Adriaen Block entered the region and thought that the Siwanoy tribal village looked like a castle. Today this urban playground boasts a playground, basketball courts, and more. Come out and have fun!
