Welcome to New York City's MacLaughlin Playground located in The Bronx. Ruth Peterson MacLaughlin was born in Oregon in 1910 but grew up to move to New York City and helped improve the quality of life for many people living in the Bronx. It is only fitting that a park is named for her.
