Welcome to Brand Park located on the banks of the Chemung River in Elmira, New York. This is one of the city's more popular parks and hosts concerts every Sunday in the summer.

*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering, weapons.
*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles.
*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.
