Pickerington Ponds Park
Welcome to what is considered to be one of the top bird-watching destinations in the State of Ohio, Pickerington Ponds Park, a forest and wetland oasis that is home to over 260 species of both resident and migratory birds. Just a few of these include Canadian geese, mallards, ospreys, red-tailed hawks, screech owls, and hundreds of others. Some of the non-bird animals that live here include snapping turtles, white-tailed deer, red foxes and others. The human visitor can come here to enjoy the trails, bird-watching, and much more.
