Welcome to Lake County’s Veterans Park, a wetland oasis that helps protect what remains of the original Ohio swamp forest. The city of Mentor first purchased this land from the Granger Family in 1970 and today this park boasts volleyball courts, hiking trails, and a lake filled with rainbow trout, bass, bluegill, and catfish. Come on out and have fun.
