Welcome to Sims Park in Columbia, South Carolina. The police substation located in the park helps make it one of the safest ones in the city. The neighborhood center is open from 2-6 p.m. Monday-Friday. Come out and shoot some hoops, bring the kids to play on the structure, have fun.
