Welcome to Rotary Park located on the banks of the Big Sioux River in Sioux Falls, South Dakota just off of Interstate 229. The playground, restrooms, fishing pier and picnic area at Rotary Park are all ADA accessible.

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 5:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m.

*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, glass objects, harming or feeding wildlife, littering.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; alcoholic beverages, bicycling, fires, golfing, motor vehicles. 

*The following require special permits; posting of handbills, sales, setting off fireworks,
