Cecil Webb Park is a small urban park in Knoxville adjacent to Dogwood Elementary School.

When visiting any park in the City of Knoxville please respect the rules.

PARK RULES & REGULATIONS:

1.) All of the following are prohibited at all city parks.

  • Weapons
  • Alcohol
  • Open burning
  • Golfing
  • No motorized vehicles in park
  • Horseback riding.
    2.) All animals must be leashed and waste removed.
    3.) Please respect all other visitors.
    4.) No littering!
    5.) Unless otherwise posted all parks open at sunrise and close at sunset.
