Welcome to Knoxville's Lonsdale Park. This park underwent some major changes as recently as 2007 and 2012. It is well known for it's community center, well surfaced basketball courts, and not one, not two, but three playgrounds. It's picnic shelter is popular for local parties and events and can be rented out by calling 311.
When visiting any park in the City of Knoxville please respect the rules.
PARK RULES & REGULATIONS:
1.) All of the following are prohibited at all city parks.
2.) All animals must be leashed and waste removed.
3.) Please respect all other visitors.
4.) No littering!
5.) Unless otherwise posted all parks open at sunrise and close at sunset.
