Welcome to Martin Luther King Jr. Park in Conroe, Texas. This park, like many across the United States is named for the great Civil Rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. who was born in Atlanta, Georgia in 1929 and died in Memphis, Tennessee in 1968. This park was once the site of an operating landfill. The soccer field is wide enough for kite-flying on windy days and all four full basketball courts are lighted so people can play at night.

To contact the Conroe Parks and Recreation Department please call 936-522-3842.
