Jefferson Park
Jefferson Park is one of Richmond's oldest recreation areas, having been first established in 1859. Perhaps the park's most unique feature is it's "ghost train," and old C&O passenger train that is buried 60 feet under in a collapsed rail tunnel. Many people also come here for the park's excellent skyline view.
This park was RecPlanet place of the day on November 7, 2014.
