Welcome to Cal Anderson Park in Seattle, Washington. Forbes ranked this place as one of the top urban recreation areas in the United States in 2009. This park was first established in 1901 and was Seattle's first to be desgined by the Olmsted brothers. It was originally known as Lincoln Park but in 2003 over a century after it was created it was renamed in honor of the state legislator who was from the region. All of the athletic facilities are lighted so people can play at night. People will be impressed by the park's reflecting pool.
