Freeway Park is located just above Interstate 5 in downtown Seattle, Washington. It was created in the mid 1970's by a lifelong Civic Leader Jim Ellis. Ellis started many campaigns in the Seattle region to do things like promote mass transit, build parks and pools, and preserve farmland.
