Welcome to Seattle's Puget Park, an urban forest oasis that makes up part of the West Duwamish Greenbelt. This land was donated to the City of Seattle by the Puget Mill Company. For a long time it was undeveloped by various local youth organizations helped to build the park's hiking trails. Aside from giving the human visitor a hiking experience, Puget Park also helps protect the habitat of bald eagles, foxes, hawks, and other wild animals. Please treat their home with respect when visiting.
