Welcome to Barneveld Prairie State Natural Area in Berneveld, Wisconsin. Wisconsin was once covered with tallgrass prairies, agriculture changed all of that. This natural park helps protect not only tallgrass prairie but also oak savanna and wetlands. Over 34 species of birds have been known to nest here.
