Welcome to California's Refugio State Beach located on the beautiful Pacific coast in Goleta, California. This beach is protected by lifeguards 12 months a year and the lifeguards even offer coastal sea kayaking tours (beginner to intermediate level) from Memorial Day until August. This is an ADA accessible beach that offers free beach wheelchairs for the physically disabled. This beach, along with many others operated by the State of California, can be reserved for weddings by contacting sbspecialevents@parks.ca.gov. Come out and explore!
