Terry Trueblood Recreation Area

Welcome to Terry Trueblood Recreation Area located on the banks of the Iowa River in Iowa City, Iowa. This park was first established in 2006 and the picnic area has grills and there are rentals for kayaks, paddleboats, and paddleboards.

*The following are all prohobited; alcoholic beverages, defacing public property, golfing, weapons

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 6 a.m. and close at 10:30 p.m.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; bicycles, fires, motor vehicles.

*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.
