Crossroads Park

Welcome to Crossroads Park in West Des Moines, Iowa. This is one of the city's most active and visible recreation areas. Sections of this park are located on the campus of Crossroads Elementary School so please use those sessions only when school is not in session.

The tennis courts are lighted and the picnic area has grills.

West Des Moines Iowa Park Ordinances

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 6:00 a.m. and close at 10:30 p.m.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas, fires, motor vehicles, swimming.

*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, harming of wildlife, littering, tobacco, weapons.

*All animals must be leashed no longer than 10 feet and waste removed.

*Overnight camping requires special permit.
