Welcome to Richard B. Wathen Park in Jeffersonville, Indiana. This park is named for a local journalist, author, and politician who served in the state legislature for 17 years. Wathen was a graduate of Princeton University and came from a family of whiskey makers in Kentucky. He served in the United States Navy in World War II.
