Welcome to Audubon Park, an active urban playground in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The picnic area has grills so bring some meats for cooking. This park was first established in 1910 and was named for John James Audubon the naturalist who founded the Audubon Society. The first tracts of land cost around $5400 and when expanded about $1000 was spent. The ball diamond is lighted so people can play at night.
