Welcome to Victory Park located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This park is unique in that it is one of the only one's in the city that was developed before it was purchased, in 1976 the City spent nearly a quarter million dollars building the park's amenities including a playground and a basketball court, but it was not until 1980 that they finally gained ownership of the land. This park is home to an Ice-Cream social every June so come out and have some fun and some delicious ice-cream.
