Some of the plants that grow inside the preserve boundaries include elms, boxelders, ashes, and cottonwoods. Some of the wild animals who call this place home include squirrels, raccoons, and hawks. For the lover of the outdoors this Preserve has no developed amenities but it is open to the public from one hour after dawn until one hour after dusk daily.
