Welcome to New York City's Dr. Charles R. Drew Park located in the Jamaica section Queens. Dr. Drew was a well respected local physician and teacher with a med school diploma from Columbia University. One of his greatest achievements was becoming a pioneer in the development of blood plasma preservation.
