Westwood Park

Welcome to Westwood Park in Houston, Texas. This park was first established in 1953 and all of the athletic facilities are lighted except for the half basketball court.

Houston Park Ordinances

When visiting any recreation area operated by the City of Houston please respect the rules.

*All dogs must be leashed at all times.

*Do not harm any plants or animals, they are protected by law.

*All parks open at sunrise and close at sunset.

*Defacing of public property is a crime. Please respect all buildings, athletic facilities, benches, etc.

*Please help keep Houston's parks clean by disposing of all trash in proper containers.

*Consumption of alcoholic beverages as well as smoking is prohibited.

*Glass objects are not allowed.

*All vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all State of Texas traffic laws.
