Washington Park

Welcome to Washington Park located in Elmhurst, Illinois. This suburban park was first purchased from the local school board in 1979 for a price of $410K. A year later the old school was removed and a park was established. Today this park has water fountains, two ball diamonds, a full basketball court, and a playground.

Elmhurst Park Rules

*All Elmhurst Parks open at dawn and close at dusk. Lighted athletic facilities close at 11pm.

*The following must stay in designated areas, picnic grills, motor vehicles.

*All dogs must be leashed (no leash longer than 6 feet) and waste removed. *The following are all prohibited, alcoholic beverages, weapons, golfing, littering.

*The 10mph speed limit on the park roads is enforced.
